I *love* the way Inara went straight for Rose. That, to me, was just perfect. Even though she was pretty much freaking out about the guns, I love that her first thought wasn't so much for her own safety. *hugs Inara*

AND OMG, ROSE. I have trouble imagining the Doctor just *leaving* her there. Especially if there were guns going off. Though I will assume that you have some sort of clever explanation for that, and hence will attempt patience until the next chapter! *hugs Rose*
