It's so strange. It takes this lengthy explanation just to say, "The Doctor and Inara are stuck on this planet." It's beyond me how T.V. writers can make exposition interesting and understandable week in and week out.

Do I have flirting in the next Ten/Inara chapter? I'll have to go look. :-D

And it's good to hear that my writing of the Doctor actually sounds like him. I always have problems with characterization and this is my first time writing for a fandom outside of the Whedonverse. Yay, all of that Doctor Who watching is paying off!
