Whoo, I finally have a new project to go to! *does Dance of Joy*
It was the best phone call I received all day and I had a bunch today. I can't get off my current project fast enough. My lame manager has me doing stuff that's not even my responsibility but I really can't say no because there's hardly anyone left. Well, it won't be my problem in after a week and a half.
I have no clue what I'll be doing yet, but it's pretty much all confirmed. And the new project is located in the office a half hour walk away from my house. I might actually get some exercise now. I have my fingers crossed that this position doesn't fall through like some of the other ones. I will not be sucked back into my old project. My manager suggested I could head up to site. Bleh. Fort McMurray? No thank you.
