Look what I found at Chapters this weekend:


K-9! He's the latest Doctor Who mini kit. I have a mini TARDIS, too, but it only lights up. This mini K-9 lights up and talks. Naturally, he says "Affirmative, master." :-D

He can now hang out with my TARDIS USB hub:



I've been searching for a K-9 figurine for a while now and this one is just perfect. He's the right size to sit on a desk, he talks, and he has little wheels so you can push him around.

And the details are really good. He has the rivets on the sides of his head and the control panel on top has all of the right buttons. Well worth the money.

Fits in the palm of your hand? Clearly he had some kind of incident with a molecular nanoscaler (or perhaps a tissue compression eliminator, but, without tissue, K-9 survived it)!

I know! When Dr. Marius got back to Earth, he made a line of pocket sized K-9s. Clearly he's selling them at Chapters in the past to generate funds for the Bi-Al Foundation. :-)
