locker_monsterIn the week and a half since the move downtown I have finished six books. Four actual books and two on my phone. Admittedly, I had started a few before the move, but I was still near the beginning with them, so that's still progress in my mind. :-)
I was totally not expecting to blow through books like this during the commute, but I have an hour every day to read, sometimes longer if I miss my bus home. Before this, I was only reading for half an hour during lunch during the work week, plus whatever I could manage on the weekend. So I've finished all of the books I got from my book club and now I'm on to the ebooks I downloaded from the library. I'm actually worried that I might run out of reading material. My book club doesn't meet again until December 13.
This is a great feeling, though. I feel so accomplished.
