My reading week is wrapping up. Back to classes on Monday. Didn't get much accomplished school wise, though I did finish Chaos Bleeds. The sore fingers and wrist were worth it. :o)

But I think all the time off is getting to me. I fic idea came to me, a Firefly/Doctor Who crossover. I planned out the story and set up the emotional arc. Nothing new for me. But then I made an icon for the story. And a banner. And I only have two pages of the story written. Sad, really.

The icon is the same image, but, y'know, icon sized. I really hope I don't hit a block with this story and abandon it. I really like this image and want to put it to use or post it somewhere.

At the very least, it's a testament of the time I wasted during reading week. *G*

Tell me tell me tell me!!! You have to write the story, regardless... cuz that is just a wonderfully manip'd banner and I want to read it!!!

Well, I plan for Inara to travel in the TARDIS if that means anything. ;-) It won't be a long fic, mainly because I've never written a crossover before and I don't know how the Doctor Who scenes will turn out. Oh, and a further hint. I was planning to make a similar banner with Mal and Rose but the promo pics I found weren't quite as dynamic as the Ten and Inara ones.

Maybe after this one is written (and you beta it?), I'll think about writing a fic where Inara travels with Ten for a proper adventure. :-D
