Firefly and Doctor Who: too much awesome in one place

So goldy_dollar mentioned an interest in doing a Doctor Who/Firefly ficathon. It's not official yet, but I thought I would whip up some images of the Serenity crew with the Doctor and Rose/Martha anyway. :-D










Currently 800x600 for no apparent reason. I can blow up the images to 1024x768 if anyone so desires.

The sad truth of the matter? I was making these on the weekend while trying to write an essay. I managed to write half the essay but I finished two of the wallpapers and started on the third by the time Monday rolled around. Yeah, my priorities are totally sorted out. ;-)

I have found a picture of Jack showing him from head to foot. Seems only fair to include him, too.

Perhaps I should have rephrased that as "the Doctor and his companions". ;-) Though I have seen Rose/Martha ficathons.

Hee, Rose flirting with Mal. Would that mean Ten would start flirting with Inara? :-D

These, of course, are in no way me saying you should go ahead with that Doctor Who/Firefly ficathon. Nope. The fact that these can easily be turned into banners is just a coincidence. ;-)

Wanna know a secret about the second one? That image of Ten, he's actually wearing his blue suit. I just jigged the colours around so his suit was brown. Couldn't change the colour of his shoes, though, so he's wearing the unlikely combination of the brown suit with red Chucks.

I would totally go for a DW/FF ficathon, too, even though I'm getting close to the end of the semester and the work is just piling on. But how can you say no to a DW/FF ficathon? ;-)
