The theories I've been hearing about Starbuck say she was an "angel" made flesh. So, she's not a head person but she was still working for the same higher power. I guess said higher power brought her back in the shiny Viper. So once humanity found an Earth, she wasn't needed anymore and thus just disappeared. I personally don't care what the explanation is, but it is still annoying how she vanishes like a ghost. We were joking Kara fell down a well when Lee wasn't looking. ;-)

I think after five years of living in a tin can, people would be willing to start over. Start over with nothing? Well, maybe that's not as believable.

With so many threads, it's really hard to wrap up everything and have it make sense, but I'm content with the answers we did get. Whether they make sense, well, that's a different story...
