I was taking screencaps from "The Lodger" and there's some interesting stuff when we get a glimpse inside of the Doctor's mind.

Nothing neat here, but I couldn't help but think this is how the opening credits would look if they had decided to have Matt Smith's face zooming towards us through the Time Vortex. *cue Doctor Who theme music*

For some reason, Nine is put before Ten in the montage, but I thought I would stick to the proper order. I noticed here that the Empress of the Racnoss is behind Ten.

And Nine's got Cybermen behind him.

Eight (who's super blurry, sorry), has a Dalek there, if that blue light is any indication, but it's interesting that he's also got a shot of Ten and Rose from "The Impossible Planet" thrown in there. That's the oddest thing I noticed. I'm not sure if it means anything, but a cool little Easter egg.

Four, with Ood. Seven, Six, and Five are noticeably absent from the montage. They were probably cut for time, but it's strange that they're not there. Or maybe it was done on purpose?

I couldn't see anything lurking behind Three's image, but there could be something.

Two has something that looks vaguely like a box. The Pandorica perhaps?

One didn't get a super clear image so that could be anything behind his head.
Perhaps this is all foreshadowing for the finale? The trailer seems to suggest that all the Doctor's enemies will be back. Or it's just the production team, being fancy, but if that's the case, that's cool, too. They could have used plain images of the Doctor, like in "The Next Doctor", but they spiced it up a bit by throwing in those other images.
