I really need to care more about work. I've got a performance review coming up and I need to come up with some goals for next year (according to the handy performance review help guide). I just can't think of any. Plus, this feels a lot like homework and I gave up homework the day I graduated so I am so not motivated. Though, this is my first review so maybe my department head will take pity on me and help me come up with some stuff when we meet. But I'm almost on staff. When the next year rolls around, I'll be a full fledged employee; off the staffing agency's payroll and onto the company's.
And it looks like I'm heading to the company Christmas party. The sister practically invited herself after she found out a friend of hers, who works for the same company, is going too. I haven't been to a company Christmas party in, well, ever. I mean, I've been to the kid Christmas party for my dad's work but that's different. No sitting on Santa's lap that's for sure. At least I'll have my sister to talk to if things get awkward/boring.
I'll say one thing about my company: they love the free food. We got pizza today as a sort of reward for cleaning out all the papers and crap that have accumulated during the life of the project.

browncoat_2x2) and I'll probably have time on the weekend to look it over and start posting the chapters. I haven't posteda multi-chapter fic in forever. :-)
