newnumber6 for this. He wrote an amusing Doctor Who fic involving many references to Canadian TV shows. There's a reference to The Littlest Hobo. Seriously. Every Canadian Doctor Who fan needs to read this. :-)
And it wouldn't be a story set in Canada without the mention of toques. So I was naturally inspired to make this:
