Summary: The Doctor runs into an old enemy, and an old friend, when the TARDIS lands in 18th century Scotland.

A/N: It's not super clear if "Death of the Doctor" happened before or after "A Christmas Carol", but I'm going on the assumption it happened before "A Christmas Carol" and that Amy and Rory's honeymoon on the ship was the Doctor's second recommendation to them.
