Snowstorm stopped sometime overnight, but there was still a ton of snow everywhere. I think this deterred a lot of cosplayers today. Hell, they had to cancel a lot of the outdoor activities that the expo usual has going on. Thankfully, the sun came out later, so the melt is on, but I wouldn't be surprised if we have another snowstorm before the Victoria Day long weekend next month.

I didn't get up to much today. Maybe the snow sucked away some of my energy. I did wear my Jessica Jones Defenders cosplay, which is surprisingly effective outfit for after a snowstorm. So warm and comfy.

I sat in on John DiMaggio's panel (though I didn't take any pictures). He was here a few years ago with Billy West, but he's great on his own, too. A lot of questions about Adventure Time; there were two requests for him to sing the Bacon Pancake song. I've never watched the show, but I guess it's really popular? He also said that he's never watched the last episode of Adventure Time because it's too emotional for him. And I always forget he voices the main guy in Gears of War. John had a funny anecdote about playing one of the earlier games. He was living in an apartment back then and was playing the game really loud. So loud, that his neighbours thought he was talking to himself. :-D

Next panel was Christopher Lloyd and Tom Wilson. They were here last year to do the Back to the Future cast reunion, but then Michael J. Fox had to cancel. This year, Michael J. Fox was able to make it, so everyone was back again.

I have to say that Tom Wilson is a funny guy. He spent like ten minutes setting up a Go Pro to film the panel and playing to the crowd. I can definitely see why the Legends of Tomorrow producers decided to change the direction of the season and not make him the villain. Tom said he ventured out into the snowstorm, thinking it wouldn't be that bad, but he ended up huddled in an alcove just to escape the biting wind and the sideways snow. He eventually ended up in a restaurant and he said the staff were surprised anyone came in. Then he had to make his way back to the hotel after dinner. I think he was joking when he said he had to buy some winter gear, but who knows. That snow was pretty brutal, especially when it was blowing into your face.

Christopher Lloyd seemed less engaged than Tom during the panel, but his memory of past films and stuff isn't so great, so maybe that made it kind of hard for him to answer questions with serious thought. But I guess when you've been in as many movies as he has, it is tough to keep it all straight.

Capped off the weekend with The Goonies panel, even though I've never seen the movie. But hey, I like Sean Astin, and hey, it's the guy who played Short Round, so why not.

Also, Corey Feldman is one interesting dude. Just look at his outfit. He too was also baffled by the snow. Andrew, the moderator for both panels, grew up here, so he had to assure everyone that this is totally the norm for late April.

I wish I could relay some of the stuff they said, but having never seen the movie, I didn't know what they were referencing. Though, I think Corey Feldman may have spilled the beans on a certain aspect of Avengers: Endgame. No one called him out on it, so maybe enough of the audience had seen it? Or maybe it went by too quickly. I really need to watch The Goonies now.

Well, that's it for another year. I say this every year, but I'd really love it if the expo got David Tennant as a guest. Him or Christopher Eccleston. Hell, both would be awesome.
