Survived my first day of work!
Though, I ended up sitting around and reading my book for an hour and a half because I a) showed up too early and b) the IT guy thought I was starting on June 1st thus nothing was set up for me. Still, it wasn't too bad. The work's boring but it's not like I was expecting to have a riot while at work. I still have to learn everyone's name and meet everyone so right now everyone's just a face to me. And I'm still technically on the employment agency's payroll so I really can't slack off and surf around on the Internet. Not that I would even if I was hired for real. My cubicle is in a really bad area; everyone who walks by can see my screen and I'm right by the supervisor's office.
And I really hate cubicles. You can't see anyone. Oh well. I've got two walls to pin stuff to now. I can do whatever I want with the space. :-)
