I'm endlessly amused that the server on the Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog site crashed. Sure, I didn't get a chance to watch the first act until today, but it means tons of people were trying to watch it and that's good for Joss and Co. I'm so buying the DVD when it comes out. My sister and I have already ordered Captain Hammer shirts, too. :-D
So good to see some new Joss stuff. For a low budget production it looks pretty sharp. And it's so Joss. I find myself rooting for Dr. Horrible, though Nathan does make Captain Hammer look damn good. And hee, Nathan can sing! I wish everything were longer but a lot goes on in just that one part. Can't wait for tomorrow.

Date: 2008-07-17 02:16 am (UTC)Damn! Part two Isn't up yet. It's the 17th in Australia! I wanna wanna see it. I'm getting on a plane in 3 hours and little computer access for 9 days. Ahhhhgggg!!!
iTunes won't let me purchase it coz I locationaly challenged. That Dvd better be available for purchase overseas. "With the finest dvd extras in all the land." Like he promised. Or I'm going to have to resort to piracy.
And I look silly in an eyepatch, Joss.

Date: 2008-07-17 03:18 am (UTC)I'm in Canada myself, but that's a lot closer than Australia. I wonder, when the DVD is released, it'll be available for all Regions. Would kind of suck if only North Americans were able to buy it.
And if piracy is needed, well, you can off-set the illegalness of it by buying a t-shirt or other related official merchandise. ;-)
