A/N: Written for the [livejournal.com profile] who_at_50's 50th Anniversary Fanwork-a-thon-a-thon, Round Nine. September was Three's month.

She tried to see it from a military commander's point of view. A young journalist, one who snuck into the classified base no less, assisting the strange scientific advisor who had no qualms about expressing his dislike for authority. She could admit that she and the Doctor were a disruption, but they were hardly dangerous. )
So at the same time I was making up Valentine themed banners for [livejournal.com profile] who_at_50's February fanwork-a-thon I started a side project, which, admittedly, eclipsed the Valentines at one point so I finished the Valentines with a day to go. :-P

But all of that wasted time was worth it. I honestly don't know what inspired this and I really don't know if I'll do anything with it, but I thought I'd share.

Eleven Doctors behind the cut )

I honestly don't know what to do with them now that I'm done. I'm tempted to print it, cut out each Doctor individually and then hang them up in my cubicle, paper doll chain style.

Chapter One.

"I'm a scientific advisor, not a voodoo priest. If the Council thinks these deaths are mystical then they should leave the investigation to their own men." )
Whoo, I vowed to finish off the Third Doctor's run before the end of the year and I made it!

Despite the fact that the Third Doctor was the first Classic Who Doctor I was introduced to I’d actually hadn’t seen too much of his run; just a few serials here and there, but never a whole season. And there’s a lot to get through when you remember his tenure was the second longest, after Four. It also doesn't help when most of the serials were six or seven episodes long. How they managed to sustain a plot over seven episodes is beyond me.

Some rambling about the Third Doctor's era )

So it's on to Four. I've actually seen a majority of his run, but for posterity, I think I'll re-watch most of the serials. But it'll have to wait until later into the New Year. It's time to say good-bye to another Doctor tomorrow.
